Rates

Rates do not include expenses for special request supplies and other expenses incurred (shipping costs, etc).  Normal office supplies are my responsibility and will not be billed to the client.

Web Design Services  - Request a Quote

A small deposit is required before I begin working on your site, as well as a signed contract. 

Web Maintenance and Updates

If you choose to purchase a hosting package your website will include a vdeck Control Panel that will allow you to edit your pages.  However, my job as a Virtual Assistant is to make your business life easier.  Allow me to make your updates for you for a low fee of $15.00 per hour. 

Extensive Custom Graphics - $30 per hour

Flash design - $65 per hour

Invoices:

My time and billing is based on one minute increments and the billing period runs month to month.  Invoices will include fees and expenses.  Unless requested, receipts are not sent for expenses.  My invoice is your receipt.  Invoices are sent via email as a PDF file on the 1st of each month and the balance is due within 15 days of receipt. 

Payment Policy:

I accept payments in the form cashier's checks, money orders, business checks and PayPal payments.  There will be a $35.00 service fee for all returned checks.
